Director of the World Heritage Site 'Palestine, the Land of Vineyards and Olives,' the cultural landscape of the terraces south of Jerusalem in Battir, Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. I am Mustafa Jebril from Palestine, I graduated from Al-Quds University with a Bachelor’s degree in Archeology. I am currently working in the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities mainly the World Heritage Department, as the Site Manager of the World Heritage Property “Palestine, Lands of Olives and Vines - Cultural Landscape of Southren Jerusalem – Battir” which was inscribed on World Heritage List on 2014 as a cultural Landscape and now it is on the list of danger.In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing site protection, coordinating with local stakeholders, and supporting sustainable tourism initiatives. I have been actively involved in raising awareness about heritage conservation and engaging local communities in preserving their cultural identity. Through my participation in international programs, I aim to strengthen my skills, exchange knowledge with global professionals, and contribute to innovative approaches in heritage management. I am passionate about promoting Palestinian heritage on an international level and creating meaningful connections between people and places.
